Description

Our fast-growing and well-established company is seeking a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager located in Tampa, FL. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for business planning, account management, sales, team management, and budgeting.

Essential Functions

  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Manage and promote a performance-driven sales team on a daily basis.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to design various data analysis services to mine for business process information.
  • Ability to perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Ability to develop content strategy, perform content audits and develop content plans.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other software such as QuickBooks.
  • 10+ Year of HVAC sales or business development experience
