Our fast-growing and well-established company is seeking a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager located in Tampa, FL. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for business planning, account management, sales, team management, and budgeting.
Essential Functions
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Manage and promote a performance-driven sales team on a daily basis.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to design various data analysis services to mine for business process information.
- Ability to perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Ability to develop content strategy, perform content audits and develop content plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other software such as QuickBooks.
- 10+ Year of HVAC sales or business development experience
