Our fast-growing and well-established company is seeking a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Associate located in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and promote our products/services to potential customers, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other software such as QuickBooks.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- HVAC industry experience or knowledge preferred.
