Our fast-growing and well-established company is seeking a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Associate located in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present and promote our products/services to potential customers, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and other software such as QuickBooks.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • HVAC industry experience or knowledge preferred.
